 did you know Your I.Q already? well then please tell me what is your view......I read a survey that based on the study many who has an I.Q has a good life and has a permanent job unlike those who has low I.Q that is not fortunate enough to find a job becuase there is no company who wants to hire them. Is it fair? does it mean those who has a low I.Q will be left behind?

Although, that might have something to do with my severe ADHD and lack of anger management. Seriously though, employers do like to see a high I.Q., but there are also so many other things that they look for. You just have to find that one thing that sets you apart from everyone else. Where do you excel when most fail? Just play up your strengths and they will look past any weaknesses. And in being completely honest, a lot of employers will not hire someone with a high I.Q. because they are intimidated by them. It's true. I've seen so many companies turn down amazing candidates without good reason. So don't worry about one little study. | |

There are persons who has high IQ and worse their time at a job and the ones with the low IQ grab the opportunity and reach the level that person who not imagine. When opportunities arises grab it with both hands. As one says opportunity comes only once.
