It would be kind of difficult to have a baby shower for your sister when she lives so far from you. Why not write to one of her friends and ask if they know of someone who is planning a shower for your sister because you would like to help if you can. Maybe you could make invitations, or something like that. It used to be considered a breach of etiquette for a member of the bride, or a mother-to-be to give a shower. Many people play games at baby showers. Don't do any tacky ones like trying to guess how many toilet paper squares it will take to go around her belly.
