Zoppini stainless steel cross with diamond chip

I am trying to purchase a Zoppini pendant cross. It is stainless steel and has a diamond chip in the center.
I have been searching the web and found only one place that says they have them, but I got an email from them saying that they are not available.

Can anyone help me to find one of these.
