aren't you affraid that the little baby can eat o piece of hair from the cat and get seek? how do you take care of this do you have something to clear the cats hair that can take care of the fooling hair of rhe cat?
The baby will not get sick if it eats some hair. There are germs all over the place, and the immune system adjusts. As long as the baby receives all of it's shots, and the cat has it's shots, you do not have to worry about that. Only maybe scratches or allergies.
There is actually something you can put in the cats food to help with the problem of shedding. You can get it in an Cat magazine or even from the store. But you do need to be careful with the cat around the baby depending on the age of the baby. If still an infant try to keep the cat away as much as possible or at least keep an eye on the cat when around the baby. Because the cat can suffocate the child when licking it's face. But as the child gets older it will be fine. But the baby wont get sick from eating cat hair. But if to much gets in it's mouth or throat it can choke. Just like a cat having a hairball.
