Has anyone taken Maxalt for their migraines or headaches?

I have tried so many different meds for migraines. I have suffered from these terrible headaches since I was a young child...now my daughter also gets migraines. I have found nothing that works miracles when it comes to a migraine. I did just hear on a television program yesterday that one person was told to eat less wheat & to take Niacin (not sure I spelled that correctly). I found this interesting enough to take note of it b/c I am at the point of suffering where I will try about anything to take care of my headaches..or to at least help ease the pain some. Migraines are a form of pain that people can't understand unless they suffer from them too. I hope your results with Maxalt are different than mine were. I have a friend that also takes Maxalt and it seems to be working for her. Good luck!

No i have never taken it! I will say that a doctor told me that when I get a migraine drink cola for that will help and so I do I will eat take some pain reliever while drinking my cola and sometimes I will even get a hot rag on my face for a couple of minutes and it helps I know everyone is different and well maybe you can try to see if it helps.
