Help! need recipe for.........  |

A 'frozen' peanut butter pie. I remember it had some cream cheese & sugar, PB, but that's ALL I can remember. After mixing & putting in individual little 'tins' you would freeze them & pull out as needed. It is Delicious! [No cooking, either]I hope someone here has this recipe. I am craving this something fierce!!

Ingredients:
Crust: 24 Nutter Butter sandwich cookies 5 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed,divided
Preparation:
1.To make crust*, crush the cookies in a zipper style plastic bag with a rolling pin, or in a food processor.
2.Mix cookie crumbs with butter. 3.Press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. 4.Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
5.Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
6.Spoon into crust.
7.Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
8.Let stand 1/2 hour or until pie can be cut.
9.Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional cookies if desired.
10.Special extra: Just before serving, drizzle chocolate flavored syrup on plates.
11.*Ifdesired, omit Nutter Butter cookie crust and use an oreo crust instead.

INGREDIENTS:
1-4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened ½ C. confectioners sugar 1 C. peanut butter ½ C. milk 1-8 oz. tub whipped topping 1 chocolate crumb pie crust
PREPARATION:
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy, add peanut butter and milk. Beat slowly until smooth, 3 minutes. Blend in the topping until no streaks appear. Pour into pie shell and freeze. To serve, top with a mixture of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a light sprinkling of crushed toasted peanuts.

1/2 pkg. Oreo cookies (chopped fine) Chopped nuts (optional) 1/2 stick melted butter 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream 12 lg. Reese's cups
Crust: Add 1/2 stick butter to crushed cookies. Mix and put it in a pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Save 1/4 cup of crumbs for top of pie.
Filing: 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened. Chop up 12 large Reese's peanut butter cups. Mix together and put in pie crust and freeze pie. After completely frozen.
Toppinh: Squeeze bottle of hot fudge (12 oz.), 2 tsp. Kahlua and 2 tsp. instant coffee. Mix together. Cook over medium flame until smooth. Serve on the side. Also use whip cream and left over crumbs.
To serve: Take out of freezer. Let stand for 10 minutes before adding whip cream and crumbs to pie. Then add sauce on top or serve on the side.
