How do you make a chesscake?

preheat oven to 400f
lightly grease 9inch pan
i like graham cracker crust
you can make it by crushing graham crackers and adding melted butter till it is sticky enough to stay together and mash it around the sides usally about 1 pack of graham crackers and 2 tbsp of butter will do it. or you can just buy one done.
you will need the following all at room temp

1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yokes
2 1/2 lbs cream cheese
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup heavy cream

in bowl beat cream cheese till creamy little by little add the sugar and flour mix till it is creamy then beat in vanilla then beat in 1 at a time the eggs on low speed beat in heavy cream. put batter in the crust smooth the top bake at 500 for 15 mins and then reduce temp to 200 for an huor turn off oven open the door and let the cake cool inside for 30 mins then let it fisinsh cooling on a rack. cover and refrig for 6 hours at least. 24 is best.
