Definitely the truth will set you free. When you are true in everything, then you don't hide anything. You are free and do not have to worry.

I don't really know how I feel about this. I think one should always tell the truth. And yes, I believe the truth will set you free from your guilt. But I guess I don't always believe the truth is the best thing. For example, I would lie to someone if I thought it was a minor thing and that it would hurt someone's feelings. I just feel some things aren't worth the heartache. But I try to be truthful about most things, makes one feel better and makes you an all around better person!
