I prefer to have a Big house coz we are 8 members of the family and we really have to live in the big house..
My brothers and sister really like to have a big space in each room of ours to put there all the stuffs that we have...
Including all our musical instruments and huge beds that my dad brought from far places..

Your house sounds great, I only have a small house but I would like a bgger one as I tend to make my house my world but I live in an area where bigger houses and a lot of money.
