Should legal trials in the court room be telecast live? In USA high profile cases have been telecast. Even in India government is considering it. I think it would be a good move. Many people will not commit crimes if they feel that their trial will become public

Personally I would hate to be a part of any court case that was televised, I think every person has the right to not be seen on television. Remember there are other people to be considered besides the guilty one, there is witnesses who would probably be so nervous anyway withour being filmed.
