who is better?

i think leonardo is a better actor....he has done a variety of roles, right from comedy to serious roles.... and has shown perfection in all the roles he was put into...

In this film I'd have to say they both did equally as well.What a great film this was.
I'm a bit curious though;Did anyone remember seeing Martin Scorcese in this movie?As the director he has always gets into some sort of cameo role in his past films and I don't remember seeing him in this one .

Matt Damon is amazing, but I also love Leo. Leo was great in " the beach " and " titanic " so I think I would have to pick Leo!

Um. THis is a toughy. Well, Matt did alot of good films, but with Ben, he seems to be going nowhere. Onn the othet hand, Leo hasn't done very many movies that I liked, but The Departed is now one of my favorites, and his performance was the second best in the movie. But matt was also in The Departed, and while he wasn't the best, he was very good. I guess I'm going to have to say Gangs of New York, makes me thing Leonardo is better, but not by much.

most definately leonardo dicaprio. He is so hot in this movie. I think it's the bad boy mixed along with the honesty. Plus how his character like is sleeping with Matt Damons woman, it's like so forbidden and so hot. Plus I thought his accent was way better than Damons. My boyfriend is Irish and the accent definately turns me on.

Leo was good in Blood Diamond, The Beach, The Basketball Diaries, This Boy's Life, and What's Eating Gilbert Grape (even though i did not like that movie, i think he did great with his role)
