| | | | | | 1.  4MYGIRLS (5062) | 3 years ago |  i live in indiana so hello neighbor! but in indiana it is not illegal as long as there is no airbag. i have owned trucks since my kids were born and i have been pulled over with car seats in the front. the only thing they would ask is if there was a passenger air bag. the new trucks are nice because they turn off the passenger air bags. i don't think they should be able to make a car seat in a truck illegal seeing as how most trucks do not have back seats. i guess you could try calling your local police department and ask but i am pretty sure it is not illegal.
