Psyllium Husk  

Going thru the pharmacy the other day, I noticed a product called Psyllium Husk, an organic natural colon cleansing agent. Haven't seen this product before I bought it since I was intrigued by the claim on the label that 99.9% of our illness begins in the colon. Additionally it said an average person has 1 to 3 kg of unwanted matter stuck to their bowel wall building up pathogens and toxics. Instruction says to take it on an empty stomach with 1/2 a glass of warm water added honey if preferred. I tried it, taste kinda funky but a bit like oat. Unfortunate for me I took it during evening. Guess what at around 1am my stomach started reacting to it and I spend quite a few rounds in the loo purging the content of my bowel. Well I guess it worked but I will be sure to take in during midday instead in the future.
