I am always thinking about my low income village. In my view,efficient electric power and water is the basic main point essential for their living. But cost is high. In this matter the technology of bio-energy might be useful for solving the problem. Our towmship is agricultural land so there' a lot of wasting meaterial,straw,rice chaff,animal dung,and so on. But we really don't know how to use them although we always heard about bio-energy.
