 what would it be?
on the official runescape forum, there is the suggestions area, it is a present not allowed to discuss new dragon items that you would like in the game, this is because the forums just get swamped with dragon item ideas.
so i'll post it here HAHA!
my person ideas would be based around existing runescape items, and maybe one or 2 new items...
i would love to see:
dragon boots, there are already boots all the way from bronze to rune in members, it would be nice to heve dragon ones too (i wear full dragon, including the gloves you can gain after completing recipe for desaster, and so boots would look fantastic with it!)
dragon pick axe, again, there are all other kinds of pick axe, and as they made a dragon wood cutting axe, they should make a dragon pick:)
dragon short sword! there are dragon daggers, and dragon long swords, but hwere is the short sword?
dragon pike! the elves in and around isafdar have pikes as their weapons, it would be very cool to get a dragon one for players to use.
dragon plate body! the chan is fantastic, and costs a hell of a lot of money, but how about a dragon plate body? every other kind of metal has the boy and the chain, why not dragon?
any more suggestions people?
i would love to hear them, even if jagex don't!

 bobbyjoe143 (869) | 3 years ago | i thought earlier (after i had posted this) about dragon arrows, i find a small problem with it though, all arrow heads are makeable, and i don't think that a dragon rock/ore would ever be placed in runescape, so i think that dragon arrows would be missed off, unless of course they only made them droppable by certain monsters, on only able to buy from certain shops.
dragon kite would be cool though! | |

but i haven't really bothered with them since being able to make and use them!
dragon claws would certainly make me think again:)

The Dragon Pick/Axe, chops wood and mines rock.
Dragon claws, could be used as well as a weapon for extra attack stats.
Dragon wings- Rigid winglike cape that gives an extreme reduction in weight, allows short glides over rivers and such.
Dragon rapier- pure stabbing weapon with the tripple stab special attack.
Dragon defender- longer curved (poisonable) version of the defender with the special combo attack. Adds a weaker version of the dragon daggers attack directly after the special of the primary weapon. Combos include Double Dagger attack( dragon dagger + defender ), Crush + slice ( dragon long + defender ), Pkers curse ( dragon scimitar + defender ) that one would send the pures packing.
Dragon Crossbow- strong crosbow that shoots 3 bolts at once. special attack - splitshot ( splits the bolts to multiple targets in multiway combat.
Dragon lance. Long weapon used by the mounted dragon knight. Yes I said "mounted" . special attack-Flaming charge.
Dragon Fangs- 2 handed 4 pointed curved weapon, special attack- counter special - deflects an opponents special attack and temporarily reduces opponents defense.
I could come up with more and even have a quest series in mind that I'll have to post as a discussion. The dragon knight series.

surely wearing a metal made cape would make you heavier, not lighter?

The Dragon fangs are actually based on a curved oriental weapon . You might have seen one on star-treck . Warf called it a battlaf. Nothing like claws. | |

O, hows this! An attachable dragon head that you can hook up to a d-halberd or to a d-spear! It breathes fire and it snaps! And a dragon skull as a helmet! That would rock! Or maybe a dragon arm guard that has spikes coming out of it. Or perhaps a dragon bone whip! you could occasionally get it from a dragons spine after you killed it. | |

Dragon amulet, gives you any number of +skills higher than the glory and all. My fav would be the helm though i think it would look so freakin awesome with a red ploom and total red all around green or black around the eyeholes, drag kite and platebody would be ultimate as well. They should definitely think about making the pick next because they have all the basic weps down for skillers

| bobbyjoe143 (869) | 3 years ago | i am not a ranger, but when i do range for slayer tasks, i sometimes like to use knives, as they are much faster than any other ranged wep (with the exception of darts) i like to use them as i can use a shield at the same time.
yes dragon knives (and darts) would be a great idea, as it would open the dragon weaponry up to rangers as well as the traditional meleers that use dragon.
the only problem would be, will they need 60 attack to use them as with all other dragon weapons? | |

| uath13 (3772) | 3 years ago | Dragon knives would be a little impractical. Since players couldn't make them they'd be the most expensive thing you'd throw away. Perhaps a dragon crossbow that could shoot bolts players made or a Dragon Battle bow would be interesting. | |

for instance i use a crystal bow (2 infact lol) and i'm not exactly a ranger either.
then there is the cannon... you buy cannonballs for 200 ea and you have no way of getting them back (unlike arrows and knives, they don't reappear).
it wouldn't matter if people couldn't make dragon knives or darts, i can't make rune arrows, yet i can still get hold of them (i have the fletching lvl, not the smithing lvl for rune arrowheads).
i think rangers would welcome having a dragon wep they could use, even if they didn't use them often. | |

He suggested Dragon wings(in place of cape) the basics of what everyone else suggested. I don't think pikes or dragon whips would be good idea...There's only one kind of whip, and its not an armor so its stupid to make a dragon whip. barrows came out for the reason of variety. Dharok-Best hits in the game. Verac-Hit thru the best armor in the game as if they wore nothing. Torag-pointless imo. Karil-Lowers agility pointless? Ahrims-Lowers combat stats-brilliant. Guthans-The best barrow set of all, allows you to stay in a camp spot, literally forever, unless you bank drops. Guthans lets you absorb your opponents health and you are revived how ever many hp you hit them for. I love guthans. I personally don't like Dragon Armor at all. It's pointless in my opinion tbh. Torag plate legs and helm are worth maybe 2.5 million. Dragon chain, legs, med helm is what? 20m? Torags has more def bonus than dragon. Definately not worth it if you ask me. Only if you are stinking filthy rich should you ever get dragon armor. | |

barrows can ultimately cost you just as much though, due to the fact that they degrade and cost you to repair them, if you were to fight the amount i do doing things like slayer and pest control only in your barrows wear, at the same amount of exp gain i have, you would have spent roughly the same as me, just in dribs and drabs.
and i still really son't get the whole dragon wings thing, how they could help you loose weight is beyond me lol.
as for a dragon whip, nope i can't see the point in that either, but d warhammer is a good idea. | |
