nhl playoff time!!!!  

I'm hoping my Calgary Flames can clinch that 8th and final playoff spot in the West tonight by beating the Colorado Avalanche. They are getting on a roll at the right time playing defensive hockey and Mikka Kiprusoff has basically shut the door for the last 6 games.

I hope that canadians will be in the series, they currently 8th and are on fire so they will maybe be in. All will depends of the 3 next games. It's starting tonight! I wish them good luck.

I am a Philadelphia Flyer fan and obviously my team is not in the playoffs this year and hope to be back next year. I will be cheering for the Dallas Stars since I have family down in that area so I will go for them since my team did not make it this year. They have a good squad and always liked Modano.

The Pittburgh Penguins! I can't wait til the play offs start! I just wish we still lived up there so we could see the games live.

Penguins because of the big turn around from last year, going from worst team in the league to potential champions. With Crosby leading the way they can get it done in the playoffs.

Alot of people think they wont last long in the playoffs because they are too young but thats why they will. They are faster the alot of teams, offensive and can beat anytime in the league. Sence for all but like 3 players of there team have never been in the playoffs they are just going in and going to have some fun. They dont have to worry about getting a stanley cup ring yet sence they are only in there early 20s for most. They got years to get one which is why they arent pressured. Also with the fact that they possibly lost there second spot due to the lose to Buffalo the other day, they are going to end up playing Ottawa in the first round and if Pittsburgh loses then Atleast Ottawa is the one to beat them. A canadian Team. :)

Sharks. They demolished Nashville and are working on Detriot. As long as they beat Detroit, I'm happy. I can not STAND the 'Wings.
