I think if you ate the same food every day you would get bored of it whatever it was, even if it was something that you though you could eat lots of.
Probably the best option would be soup, as you could include a large variety of different foods so you can get all your nutritional requirement from this one food, plus you could have something that tasted different in every meal.

Oh, there is no doubt about it! I would hate to have to eat the same thing everyday....but I think you are right. My picks are soup and all the fruit you can eat!

I am a non vegetarian guy.......normally prefer it over everything else. And so chicken is by far best for me than anything else. Breakfast goes off with the eggs. And then the lunch and dinner are chicken only....but yea i like different combinations with it....like bread or rice.

I think it will be chocolates. Because I am a chocoholic. I really like sweets since I was young. It is enough to make my day.

if i could eat only one food for the rest of my life and i have the power of choosing what it would be,it would be tofu. i can do a lot of things with it and if i would eat that for the rest of my life, i am sure of its nutritional value. its a substitute for meat, and its from soybeans so its a vegetable. kind of hitting two birds with one stone lol.
