Teaching meditation, teaching & consulting for quality in K-12 schools

I have published a text-book for teaching meditation. I have an experience of teaching for twenty five years, in India; now I want to teach internationally. The course is structured for initial three months theory + practice. Thereafter it is about advanced skils development at a site in the Himalayas' one of the holy cities in India. The contact classes and group s for learning may also be created worlwide.
Similarly a book on quality education in schools is under preparation for publication. We have fifteen years of implementing TQM and ISO9001 in our own KG to class twelfth school in India and want to offer our expertise worldwide, through training and consultancy.
Please let us know the process of getting the university license for these three activites, how will operate, what will be initial costs and what will be recurring costs annually?
