I know this is a show from way back, but it was one of my favorites. I love time travel. It is so exciting and such a fantasy of mine.

Do you remember Al and Dr. Sam Beckett? Which did you like more?

I think Al was definitely a more interesting character, but I thought Sam was interesting just to look at, plus he was the one who was dealing with the entire situation. But, the combination of the two of them was really good.

Dean Stockwell is such a great actor. He's fairly regular on Battlestar Galactica now and he is also doing great there.

Yeah, I just got through reading about Dean Stockwell. I found out that there are discussions about a sequel to "Quantum Leap", but nothing has been done yet.

Wow! I wonder if they will be bringing back Scott Bakula. He still looks great. And, Dean Stockwell really hasn't changed a bit. But, they will probably be bringing on another person to play the scientist.

I liked Sam. I read a QL/SG story where Sam jumped into Sam, cute!

I LOVE time travel. I watched Star Trek (classic) back when it first came on, and liked it, but when "Tomorrow is Yesterday" came on, I was like "OH!!! That's what I've been doing!!! Its science fiction!!!!" Then I started reading books looking for more time travel!

I also love Doctor Who!

Wow! This is a blast from the past, I used to watch this all the time when they showed in on BBC2 in the UK. I do believe they are showing it on Sky now. I remember Gucci was that the machine or the person Al reported to? I could never figure it out. The best bit was when Sam leaped!

My favourite episode was 'What Price Gloria?' when Sam jumped into a woman who was had a friend who was having an affair with her boss, and then Sam got one over on the boss by coming onto him then telling him he was a man!

Dean Stockwell who plays Al is actually one of the main characters in Battlestar Galactica another great programme I watch

I have to say I liked Al better, he gave the show the needed humour, Sam wasn't very funny and it could have become far too serious.

Great memories!

I loved Quantum Leap, and liked both Sam and Al. But, if I had to pick one above the other, it would be Sam. I have a thing for geniuses, plus the whole boyscout thing was attractive. Add the musical talent, and I'm a goner.

I liked Al a lot more than Sam. Sam was too uptight, and I liked how Al was always trying to get him to loosen up a bit. When there was a serious problem, though, Al was great at dropping the funny stuff and getting down to brass tacks. You could always clearly tell when Al was worried about his friend.

Quantum Leap: The Adventure/Puzzle Game Should Exist

Why did they never make the Quantum Leap adventure/puzzle game along the lines of Maniac Mansion or Monkey Island? The show's all about solving things and stuff like that, so it could kind of work.
