Yes, it is a really good show. I watched the first episode and I wasn't sure what to think, but now I find myself watching it every week. My favorite character is Bob though. His looks are a cross between Hugh Laurie who plays House and Tim Curry who was Frank in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". The first time I saw Bob, I truly thought it was Hugh Laurie.

I guess this is the male version of Buffy and Those three sisters, ah yeah charmed! I saw a lot of previews and clips to The Dresden Files on Sky, whilst on the commercials. I may give it a try but I prefer things like Stargate, Voyager and Battlestar Galactica and I never did get into Buffy and all that.

I love this show. It's very good and I find I'm watching it every week. I had my reservations as well when I first saw the commercials for it but once I watched it I was hooked. Just so you know if you've missed an episode they have them on the sci-fi channel website for viewing. Any that have been aired are on there.

I have heard of these but have not yet watched them. When are they on? I do get the Sci-fi channel and will watch them too.

I love the Dresden Files! So many neat things happen, and Bob is so funny. I feel a little bad for him, though, being cursed to live inside his own skull for eternity.

Ohhhh, and I found out why a couple weeks ago. He used black magic to bring back a woman he loved who died. So Bob DOES have a sentimental streak - who knew?

My husband and I are fans of Dresden. We miss Dr. Who and are going to suffer through withdrawal when SG-1 finally ends though.

We can't get the hang of when the new seasons begin or end on scifi though, so most of the good stuff we get into is always short lived. Right now we are hoping that Eurika makes a comeback. It's cute, it's smart, and doesn't condescend. We need alot more shows like it.

Did you see the episode of Harry's copy cat Uncle having Bob's skull stolen?
Oh, I was so worried the Bob had turned against Harry!!!
At first I thought Bob would not hurt Harry...but then faced with Harry's Hockey Stick to transfer power to his dead uncle...I thought Bob royally messed up!

I started to watch this but can't get into it I find it a cross between Harry Potter and buffy, too far fetched even for me!!

I have completely enjoyed the show and hope for a second season.

I think it says a lot that a couple weeks after it started, at least a half dozen other networks and channels announced plans for similarly themed shows. Of course as is usually the case, the original is better than all the copies.
