Do you bring your own food, drink to work/ to school???  

I too bring food and water to my work place.I get food of my taste.I get pure food and water.It contains the necessary proteins and vitamins.It is a good habit. Good luck. Pl keep it up.

Most of the time I bring my own lunch to work. I'm on Weight Watchers and its so much easier if I just bring my own lunch to work. Nine out of ten times, the girls at the office grab fast food and I know that's not healthy for you, so I stick with my home made lunch. Not only am I on a strict diet, but I'm also on a strict budget, so I can't afford to be eating out every day. I usually bring a Smart One for lunch or just a plain turkey sandwich and chips. I mix things up during the week by alternating between chips and pretzels, or carrots and celery. I try not to take the same thing day after day or else I'll get bored. I'm usually 100% satisfied with my home made lunch and the girls in the office are always complaining how they feel so full. I feel just right!

I always brink my juice which was made for model because honestly, my part time job is model and i have to eat, drink like something different with other people.
That juice is homemade and my sister always made for me so i can keep my body in shape and they don't sell it outside.
SO i always have to bring them when i go to work, or even when i go out, hang out .

I bring with me a sandwich, usualy with meat in it. I do try to avoid buying in the university itself, but sometimes I allow myself the "luxiery".. I prefer eating home made food, or maybe a cafe-restaurent.
I bring with me my own bottle of water, which I can refill everywhere, since it has its own filter inside.
About energy for the day - I drink something much healthier and rejuvinating than red bull - I drink Jade Greenzyme. It costs me only 43$ for a period of more than a month... So not only that I save money, I also improve my health...

I used to eat out a lot at work, but then I realized it was costing way too much money so the last going off before I quit my job, I brought my own food with me. Also I only had a half hour to eat so it did not give me much time to eat out either.

yah, I usually bring my own food, aside from I can save money, it is good that you know how was the food prepartion, we'll never know how they cooked it when we buy outside. I usually bring snacks and lunch..

i bring home cooked lunch to work. i go home everyday and i should take advantage of my mom's attempt to cook. heheh! besides, i save a lot in bringing my own lunch, i would not need to buy in the nearby fast foods. and it's fast. we only have an hour break for lunch, thus i won't waste time buying and waiting for order i can go ahead and heat my food in the microwave oven in the pantry and eat! but of course when my mom fails to prepare food, which is very rare, i would have to settle what the canteen or 24-hour fast foods would order.

I am very lazy as I work in offices next to the main shopping centre which means that I never take my own food to work, instead I go out every lunch time and spend a small fortune. I think if I were to seriously look at how much i spend each day, it would add up quite significantly. Unfortunately there is no where for me to store food so if I made a sandwich I don't think it would last well until lunch.

Yes I did in school and high school. People watched me as if I am alien but I guess it is healthy, safe and affordable. Lunch costs you so much and you don't know how they prepared it. I can't think of drinking water from anywhere else because it is so unhygienic in our country. Now things are improving but I can't simply trust.

Btw Redbull makes me sleep =p I guess Redbull doesn't work, it is just the psychological effect from the packaging and the advertisements.

I used to bring lunch at school whenever I have time to prepare for them but most of the time I don't so most of the time I end up buying in canteen. Yeah I love the fact that we can save lot of money if we will bring our onw food but time is also needed which sometimes not available. I never drink those kinds of energy drink cause lot of people say in not time you will get immune in those and even how many you drink it wont have any effect.
