 recently i've heard the saying that good girls dont go to bar from a traditional chinese girl.honestly i find it so ridiculous that i cant help spilling it out here.is the denial of pleasure a virtue?or lots of girls from oriental countries hole this kind of value or attitude towards going to bar?

1.  sapphiresage (406) | 3 years ago |  Personally, I don't think denial of pleasure is a virtue. It doesn't spare others from harm, or make you a better person. If anything it can make you a mean, bitter, hateful person who speaks badly of anyone who chooses to partake in pleasure.
I don't know anyone who died saying "Gee, I wish I had denied myself more".
As for going to a bar? All types of girls go to bars. Whether they are a 'good girl' or a 'bad girl' is not contingent on whether or not they've ever set foot in a bar.

Theres difference between "good" and "virtue".Its not bad for girls and boys to have a time in the pub and later.But its surely a virtue to stay away from it when you have the chance to indulge.
Girls from oriental countries may not have the chance and social attitude differ.So its different when they say no.

But the point here is they shouldn't take it so serious, overreacting and don't do anything bad when they go to bar so i think one day, people will change their thinking about girl going to bar.
