I have been making beaded jewelry for about 6 years now and there have been many I have liked. I make all kinds that appeal to many. I prefer something smaller, more petite in size as I am only 5'1". One of my favorites was a piece that sold and I hope to duplicate it for myself soon. It consisted of small tourmaline briolets, faceted small round garnet and 2 mm 14k gold - filled round beads. Was very classy looking. The other was made with watermelon tourmaline, gold satin tubes, 3 strand.

I started out with the "band" and did it with blue beads, then I worked in a diamond with silver beads (the ring got wider on top) and got a larger sterling silver bead and put that into the center on the top. I loved it. I used to get a lot of compliments on it. I wore it everyday so it only lasted about a year.
