What is your favorite small dog?  

My favorite small dog is a mixed breed. He is half chiwawa and half Tibetan spaniel. I love his shape and his small head.

My favorite kind of small dog is chihuahua.

I had two pomeranians for 14 and 15 years so I would have to say that they are my favorite lap dogs. They were just so pretty with all that fluffy fur and their tiny little noses and those long feathery tails that curled over their backs. They were very much one person dogs and I was lucky enough to be that one person. They sat in my lap or laid next to me all the time, we were never far apart. They were so small too, the one, Puff was red and she weighed in at around 5 to 6 pounds and that's because she had a slight weight problem. She wanted to eat all the time! My other was Talitha, a black and tan and she weighed in at about four pounds though you couldn't really tell she was so small until she was wet because she was nearly all fur! They were such good little dogs and someday I hope to have another lap dog, maybe another Pomeranian or I might branch out and get a chihuahua. We had one of those when I was growing up and she was a sweetie too.

i really like to have the Pomeranian dog, particularly the white one. i love their looks and personality. very cool tempered as toy dogs. i'm planning to buy one but i'm still working on my budget for it, the cheapest i know costs about $500 or P25,000 here in our country.

I've only ever owned one small dog and that was a shih-tzu. I loved him and had him for a long time, he was as close to having a child as I will have. I'd have to say they are my favorite because of him. After him it would probably be a bassette hound.

I'll have to say mine would be a Maltese.I have one of corse.They're a sensitive dog.I love their hair.When you groom them their hair feels just like silk.

I love English Toy Spaniels. They're a lot like a Cavalier in body, but they have the brachycephalic (pug nose) head. They have the best temperments of any toy dog I have met. Not yappy, relatively calm, outgoing and of course very healthy because they haven't been exploited by the pet store industry.
