At last I have started!  | |  All my friends @ myLot. I think you all can remember my "Help me decide" discussion where i requested you to help me decide on taking a study course in HRM. I am very happy to tell you that i am starting the couse coming Saturday. I have been given a lot of responsibilities at office now regarding HR. Since all this time we didnot have a HR Department, i have to start from the scratch. So i will not be logging on to myLot as usual. Anyway, i will miss you all and time to time, i will log on and try to take part. I am sure you'll will not forget me. Love you all and take care.

Nowadays, internet will help you in delivering the organization charts which you can make it tailor made for your organization. HR is a good subject, because it needs handling people with heart even to tell harsh words and bare truth.
