Sad, Sad Fruit

I am eating the driest citrus fruit I have ever had the misfortune to get. I'm not sure what went wrong with these, but this is a crying shame. Is it just me or is fruit getting to be dry and unappetizing anymore?
I did however get some outstanding grapes! I just don't get it. I'm currently munching on tangerines, and I don't know, maybe they are naturally dry and rubbery, but I do know that the clementines we had a month ago were amazing and this is such a bitter disappointment after that.
What do you think about this years crop?

Well I've enjoyed some grapes this year and they were delicious. The bananas were also good. I liked my fruits.

yeah, some are ok, and they tend to stay that way, like bananas and apples, but there are a few I got this year that just haven't been great. And these tangerines take the cake. lol.

I hate it when I get dry, tasteless fruits. However, last week I did get some of the tastiest, juiciest plums that I've had in a while. I can remember fruits being so delicious, sweet and juicy when I was a kid. Not many are like that anymore!

Yeah, that is prolly why these are so disappointing. And you know the baby is jamming for some citrus, its one of my more healthful cravings that I'd like to indulge. However, it stinks to endulge in a craving and to have that disappointment is even more highlighted. lol.
