I got this forwarded to my email and it touched my heart deeply. I sons and daughters are over in the war and would much rather be here at home. Let's all gather our hands together and whether we agree with the war or not say this prayer and put a circle of protection around our loved ones in Iraq. Pray that they come home safely. Prayer wheel for our soldiers...please don't break it Please send this on after a short prayer. When you receive this, please stop for a moment and say a prayer for our troops around the world "Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus , our Lord and Savior. Amen." There is nothing attached.... This can be very powerful.... Just send this to all the people in your address book. Do not stop the wheel, please... Of all the gifts you could give a US Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine & others deployed in harm's way, prayer is the very best one.

we just celebrated the victory of vimmy ridge here in canada, and we just lost a tank of canadian soldiers as well. We are all sad, the soldier road over a landmine in afghanistan.

I thank God I have no loved one in any war. I know people who do though. They worry everyday and when we talk they wish this horrible war would be over. My heart goes out to them. They want their loved ones here safe in their arms. I listen to them. Sometimes they need to talk just to get the burden off their chest for a little while. It never goes away. There is no advice to give just your listening ears and open arms for them.

I truely appreciate it when others pray for our troops. I pray daily for all the troops as well as my son who is serving and 5 others who I "adopted" through the Presidential Prayer Team. I think it's very important that we pray for our soldiers whether we agree with the world situation or not - I'm against war myself but know it is going to continue to happen. Our troops are doing a job and are there to protect us we need to always cover them in prayers of protection and comfort as well as all the families of the troops. Thank you dear for posting this.

Dearest Faith, My heart always goes out to the special people that keep our country free. I think the best thing we can do over here is pray for them. Keep the angels wings over their heads. I truly believe that God has his angels standing together with their wings spread out touching each others wings to form a umbrella of protection over our precious people over there.
