What mean "cool" in english languace?  

There are two meanings of this word in the english language. The first meaning of it is the opposite of hot, i fsometing is cool then it is cold. However the other meaning of cool, it is a compliment to someone, you are saying to someone, you are up to date and the clothes and personality you have are really good.

well cool can mean cold or sometimes people say cool as a expression of meaning something that is good or fantastic.

I think you get the meaning of cool by now but as per as my knowledge you asked where did the word cool (the one describing an act or person) came from.
From what i belive it came from the same source from where came the beauties like "Whaats up!" "Mad up !!", "have some more !!", and lastly "cool".

cool is another word for the temperature not too hot and not too cold. it can also be usen as a good gesture too

yes, slang can be confusing and would sound stupid if taken on it's original meaning.. cool is cold or relatively cold, not hot.. saying this about a person should mean the opposite to "hot" it make sense when we say a "hot girl" as sexy and cool should be the opposite of that but in American slang it also means sexy, great looking or smart person..
