It's a mock-up - possibly the one at Granada Studios in Salford (Near Manchester) which they use for dramas, as the real one is protected by tonnes of security. And those of you who know anything about our not-so-beloved Prime Minister Tony Blair, can probably guess why. He wouldn't look so imposing in Parliament with rotten tomatoes dripping down his nice suit.
