Sign Language - here i am with my son Louie Jr practicing sign language. He is not deaf but due to his tracheostomy his language abilities are seriously delayed. We started basic sign language with him to improve his communication. It also acts as a kind of physical therapy for him since he has to stretch and move to make the signs. In this photo i am supporting his elbow so he can sign 'mama'
