Grilled Reuben sandwich - Excellent served with a dill pickle on the side, and a few crispy chips. Reubens are the general fare the day after Saint Patrick's Day - to use up the wonderful left over corned beef, only this time the cabbage takes the form of sauerkraut. yummmm.
