Mononoke Hime - One of the best animes ever done. Hayao Miyasaki, is also the creator of 'Nausicaa from the Valley from the Wind' and 'Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi' this one rated by the academy awards like the best animated movie of 2004 if i remember.
