Two-time Gold Medalist! - We are so proud of our son and he's ecstatic as well for winning two, count them, two Gold Medals in Special Olympics - 'individual basketball skills' competitions. He won his first one in January at Regional competition and his second one at State competition in March (St. Patrick's Day), 2007. He's going to be in our local paper (all of about 8 pages; our paper is very small...lol) next week..! Next competition will be first Saturday in May - Track and Field, so I'll be preparing him for that soon.
