the chickens foot - I took this picture at the local market. The stalls are ready to serve customers as early as 4am. At 7am the place is already quiet. No refirgeration but all the meats are fresh(freshly killed) and its relatively safe since housewives usually cook them right away. The liver,feets,intestins,bones and the more usual cuts are all available. But the special treat is the head.After a chickens head lover is finished you'll often see only bone in the plate....I took another picture of hundreds of chicken heads but it might be a little too extreme to upload it. I liked the feet sticking out...
