Those grapes are grown, nowadays through a process of organic agriculture, in those same extremely old red wine vine-stocks, and which together give a pure, red, light and fruity wine, with a low alcohol percentage and that is slightly acidic, yet smooth. It should be drunk at up to 18º C., with game, meat or cheese dishes, in order to thoroughly appreciate the “bouquet' and the heterogeneity of its original and complex constitution, which leaves the wine enthusiast perplexed.
