panagbenga festival - Baguio's Panagbenga festival last February to March attracted several visitors from other areas. Several universities and institutions from Baguio participated in the grand parade. It was the University of the Cordilleras who won the street dance parade. It was also my first time to witness the festival. There were several stalls and booths along Session Road then.
