snack bar and japanese bar - this is the kind of business i ran, owned and managed here in japan. a small club here is called snack bar. a much bigger one is called cabaret and so on and so forth. i oned a snack bar with a capacity and can hold 50 to 60 customers a night. the man beside me is my club's bartender, we called him, Tencho, one who manages without or without the owner's presence. aside from this snack bar i owned and run a japanese izakaya, a kind of watering hole where the customers can order food on the menu without any girls to assisst the entetainment for them
