Pineapple 'ball' tarts - I baked these pineapple tarts in year 2006 for chinese new year. I was proud of myself cos everyone said it's delicious! Crispy. But sad to say, i wasn't able to baked it myself this year, as i gave birth to a baby girl in Jan this year.. No time.
