My best-friend Carol - Carol and I have known eachother for over 10 years now. We have done lots of things together and we are always there for eachother no matter what. We even did a trip from Northern Ontario to North Carolina to visit my fiance who just got back from Iraq. It took us over 17 hours because we got lost for 2 1/2 hours, so we had to take a room in West Virginia as we were too tired to drive any further. She came with me as I was nervous to drive that distance alone, plus she didn't want to see me going alone and especially since I have never driven in the states before, only with my parents when I was a kid. We had a blast and really enjoyed the trip. We wished that we could've visited everywhere that we went though, as it was so beautiful and the roads are awesome down there compareds to up here,; they suck!!! Anyways, we really enjoyed the trip and would do it again in a heartbeat. We might next year as he's gonna be there or Kentucky, maybe even Florida, but we don't care as we'll still do the drive again. Shortly after we got back she found out that she had breast cancer and has since had surgery and is now going thru chemo and then going to go thru radiation. She'll be staying at my house for some of the treatments as I have a cancer treatment centre here in my city. I'll be there for her as she is for me!! Best-friends forever!!!
