Ebi Tempura - Probably one of the best japanese food i have ever tried. Probably unknown to most people, there is a special way of peeling, deveining, and slicing the prawns in order to prepare them for Tempura. The batter being used is also cold on order to achieve the outer crispy texture seen in this picture.
