I have made this drawing after seeing some of the art work a friend of mine, who also has a deviantart account under the name of PEJIE.
I illustrated a head with half of the hair shaved off but slightly visible and hinted. The piercing made is not planned at all. I made the subject have a goatee as well.
The pierced object is twisted as well as wrapped around the neck as seen in the image. The body was not included for the image only represents head piercings.
