Appetizer Stuffed Mushrooms - I made these to go with lunch today. They were so pretty, I had to snap a photo. Mushrooms can be stuffed with all types of yummy fillings. This particular time, I used bread crumbs, seasoned with garlic, oregano, basil and a dash of paprika, olive oil and melted, shredded cheddar. On other occasions, I'd mix cream cheese, herbs and butter cracker crumbs. That makes a good filling as well.
