Gourmet Cafe in Silang - although most people think this is in Tagaytay, the Gourmet's Cafe is actually in Silang, Cavite, Philippines. It is a cozy fine dining restaurant which has a romantic ambiance complete with touches of old hispanic and modern architecture. It has live piano music playing at the very center of the resto and the dining area has large doors that open up to a really nice garden. The cuisine features organic vegetables and other contemporary flavors in the likes of pesto, puttanesca, pizza, etc. The best for me is their creamy carbonara.
