Questions and Answers about a mysterious rock - I collect rocks but I've never seen a rock like this! This rock came from the ground looking exactly like the photo. I found it near the Susquehana River in the southern tier of New York. I don't anything about this rock. Someone told me it was used by Native Americans and he asked if he could buy it from me! I told him it wasn't for sale. He asked me to name my price! I told him my rock wasn't for sale at any price! The rock is approximately 11' long. Both top and bottom are hollowed out. One end is closed, the other is open, wrapping around from top to bottom. If anyone has speculations or knowledge about my mystery rock, please HELP! It's not for sale
