boiled squid - Seafood is a favorite to the Thai people and of course, squid is one of them. The picture on the dish is only boiled,the taste comes from the dip that comes with it. The taste is said to be good when it tastes sweet, that means that the squid is still fresh.(I don't eat seafood, by the way!)
