Battery Bank - This is our main battery bank for Eagle Plateau. It is configured to operate on a DC input of 24 Volts DC into a 2 Kw Heart Power Inverter providing us with a continuous 1240 Volts Ac supply for the main self sufficient home. We use 24 units of 2 Volts Yuasa tubular type deep cycle lead acid storage batteries. On this photo you can see our handy man Sius dojng a routine maintenance topping up the batteries with distilled water.
