Little Kathy, Miss Bashful - This is a picture of me when I was only two years old, almost 3. This is the first memory, ever, of my life, that I have ever recalled. At least that I am aware of, that is. In fact, I recall that day I had that photo taken, probably b/c it was a big deal and I was in the spotlight! A nice, cheerful older man took my photos and he kept telling me how cute, sweet, and pretty that I was, and just making me smile made him happy. I recall sitting on the piano bench that he covered with a colored rug. It was a fun experience and back then, it was so cool to just SEE photos in black and white. By the way, the dress I had on in the picture was pretty colors of pink with tiny flowers all over, then it had this see through/sheer layer that came down over the under layer that I think was lighter pink.
