Downtown Monroe, Wisconsin 2 story, 2 flat dwellin - We bought this house in 1996, We rent the whole house out 1 flat at a time. It's been through lead abatement, due to poisoning a young child when a ceiling was replaced, it got new windows through out except for the 2 we replaced in 1997, the windows, and furnace and hot water heater and wall insulation were all put in new in 2006 when the abatement was done. Who knows the defination of abatement? Better question who wants to have to know?
