EU, Russian leaders begin summit - French President Nicolas Sarkozy(L)talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedey ahead of an EU-Russian summit in Nice, southern French,Nov.14,2008. The two sides spent considerate time on the current financial crise as the leaders will travel to Washington immeadiately after the Nice summit to attend a group of 20 summit delicated to the crisis.
