Peanut Butter Cookies Topped w/Hershey Kisses - These cookies are one of my favorites. I like making them, but I enjoy eating them more. Oddly, I eat the outer edges, take the 'kiss' off, eat the bottom, and then save the Hershey Kiss for last.
